1. What should I buy first?
Most customers try the TIP ESSENTIAL PACKAGE because it has a variety of oil and is the best value! Plus you can try to see which oil is your favorite!

2. What are your best selling products?
Our top selling product is the ‘Rosemary Growth Oil’ and ‘The Tip Essential Package’ but we have a HAIR TIP quiz so you can pick the perfect product.

3. Can your products be used on children?
Yes we've had customers use it on children as young as 6 months. We do recommend you use your own discretion. Our products are safe and made with 100% natural ingredients and fragrances.

4. Can you use your products on relaxed or permed hair?
Yes, our products work well on all styles including relaxed or permed hair.

5. Do the products work for all hair types/textures?
Yes, our products work for all hair types/textures.

6. Do your products help with alopecia?
We have had a number of customers with alopecia to see results from using our products but we would always advise you to consult with a dermatologist or doctor for the best recommendation.

7. What would you suggest for those with color treated hair?
Those with color treated hair can receive great results from all of our products!

8. How soon can I see results?
Results vary per person. We advise that you use the product consistently for 30 days before seeing results but some have seen results in as little as a week. Just use the product according to the instructions on the bottle. Consistency is the key.

9. What makes your products different?
We pride ourselves on not only seeing results in growth but having healthy hair overall. Our products are made with natural ingredients and fragrances. 11. Do you ship internationally?
Currently we are shipping only to the United States.

12. What are your shipping costs?
All domestic orders that are $50 and over will be ship FREE. NO CODE IS NEEDED. International shipping, with the exception of APO/FPO addresses, will be charged international rates. A standard shipping rate of $7 is applied to all other domestic orders.
We have flat rate shipping of $7 and free shipping on orders over $50.00.

13. When will my order ship?
All hair care products take 7-10 business days to process.
Please allow 1 - 2 business days for payment processing and then allow up to 7-10 business days for orders to ship out, as they are handmade fresh for each order, and 7-10 days for delivery for domestic orders.
Delivery times are longer for international orders.
When there is a high volume of orders, there WILL be delays, but a notification will appear at the top of this screen informing you.

14. What shipping courier do you use?
Currently we ship all of our domestic orders with USPS

15. Do you offer tracking for shipped orders?
Yes, you will receive tracking information once your order has left the processing window which is (7-10 business days) but it is possible to receive information sooner.

16. What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges. No cancellations or changes can be made to your order after the order has been placed. If your order has not shipped we can however, make changes to the mailing address and your email address if they are incorrect.

17. How long have you been in business?
We have been in business for over 2 years!

18. How long does a bottle typically last?
One 3.8 bottle will last 20-30 day with daily use. If you’re utilizing the oil as a hot oil treatment you generally get two uses depending on the thickness and length of your hair.
